SRAM - Cycling Components

I am currently working as a Technical Communicator in Colorado Springs creating technical content including User Manuals, Service Manuals, Frame Fit Specifications, and other technical documentation present on our service site.
We have a growing list of brands our content covers including SRAM, RockShox, Zipp, Time, and more.

CONCEALFAB

In my previous role I worked as a Technical Illustrator creating usable installation guides for ConcealFab’s engineering team. These guides help installers deploy 4G/5G radio and antenna concealments throughout the United States.

I used SolidWorks Composer to visualize install steps and Adobe InDesign to create guides. These include written instructions to communicate how to effectively build our vast array of products to our installers.

I created over 110 guides for our products. I implemented a handoff meeting process between the designer of the product and the Technical Illustrator to catch issues early and mitigate issues that may arise later in the process.

I created a long-form document, ‘Installation Guide Standards’ to improve consistency and efficiency for creating installation guides.

BIKE POSTER

Creative Brief: Create a poster relating to a personal hobby.

I created a poster design ‘Anatomy of a Fixed Gear’ to illustrate the many parts that go into a fixed gear bike.

I love working with tools on my bike and trying to figure out how to change out parts and pieces. The best part of fixed gear is the interchangability of the bike parts.

AWARE POSTER

Creative Brief: Create a poster representing a word from another language that doesn’t have a direct translation into English.

AWARE - The bittersweetness of a brief and fading moment of trascendent beauty.
